Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan comes from a specific part of the horsehide—the posterior. Craftsmen tan each piece using vegetable liquors, hot-stuff it with oils, and dry it on glass plates to create a smooth, glossy surface.

They then hand-dye each hide with aniline dyes, giving every piece a completely unique look.

Shell Cordovan works beautifully for luxury footwear and fine leather goods.
