If not, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, be undamaged and in their original packaging at which point we will issue a full refund ( please be aware the cost of return postage will have to be covered by the buyer, unless the item is faulty).

** Money back guarantee does not cover any items that are made to order such as Leather Inserts, Bespoke Journals or any Items cut to specific measurements.

In the unlikely event that the item is damaged in transit, please email with details and a photo in the first instance. A full refund will be issued on receipt of the damaged goods.

If you have placed and order and your item is lost in transit, again please contact us in the first instance and we will endeavour to resolve the problem.

SHIPPING:

At Leather4Craft we not only pride ourselves on our products but the care we take in Postage and Packaging.

All items ordered before 1PM Monday – Friday will be posted that same day (with the exception on Leather Inserts and Bespoke Journals) and should be received within 1-2 working days. Leather Inserts may take up to 60 days.

All our prices include free Postage and Packaging to Mainland UK.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do ship worldwide and the price of the postage will automatically be calculated at the point of purchase. Worldwide orders will be delivered between 7-10 working days. We also offer a courier service for 1-3 working days, please call us on +44 1273 514441 for a quote.

If you are buying more than one item to be shipped abroad please contact us and we can advise you how best to combine postage.

All items sent Worldwide will always be signed for and/or tracked where possible. Once the items are despatched we will send you details of the tracking number.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are set by your country and are not collected or received by us. Buyers are responsible for any import fees that may apply.
