This week at Leather4Craft we have been very excited to start working with our new Vintage Collection. These premium double butt hides are carefully selected, and only the best double A grades are used for the production of these hides. The leather has a smooth, satin finish with a resin coated back in a natural colour. It has a firm feel with a thickness of 2.4-2.8MM (6.0-7.0 oz), which makes it suitable for journals, notebooks, belts, dog collars and large satchel bags.
We have taken inspiration from classic baking recipes and used these in the names of the colours of the collection (Strawberry Shortcake, Lemon Drizzle, Blueberry Frosting, Peppermint Cream and Vanilla Icing) and will also be customising our journal kits with cupcake motifs and recipe cards.
Various sized panels are now available in our webshop with the journal kits to follow in the next 2 weeks.

We have worked together with Lauren to create a stamp which we emboss onto leather tags which have been cut specifically for her, to her specifications. She then uses these on all her custom made items.
