Seems smooth enough

Seems smooth enough, I am a beginner so reviewing the tool isn't really that valuable. The blade feels polished, and I think it moves through the leather pretty smoothly, I'm able to get good lines.

The 5 stars are mostly because of customer service, they've been patient and generous with their time, and have proactively suggested things that are genuinely helpful, and imo, beyond what is expected.
